Mr. Williams, born in Baltimore, MD; was the son of the late Dorothy and Leonard Williams, Sr.
He attended Baltimore City College High School before earning his degree at the University of Baltimore. He also served in the U.S. Coast Guard reserve and had a successful career in contracting and finance for the Federal Government. He enjoyed playing golf, saltwater fishing and attended Baltimore Orioles games with his family. Above all else, he loved watching his children grow to have their own successful careers and families.
He is survived bu his wife of 46 years, Patricia Williams; two children, son, Bradley Williams and wife Emily; daughter, Ashley Bassich and husband Dennis; granddaughter,Whitney Williams and grandchild, Bassich, due in July. sister, Nancy Wanner and brothers John and Michael Williams.
