Keith was U.S. Navy veteran and served during the Korean War from 1952-1956. Following his military service, he worked at Saint-Gobain Containers for 8 years before finishing out his career with Foster-Forbes, where he worked for 33 years. Keith was a member of Open Door Fellowship Church.
In addition to his wife, Patty, he is survived by his son, Kevin (Marilyn) Wilder, Hesston, Kansas; brother, Dale (Carol) Wilder, Fort Wayne; son-in-law, Rollie Reith, Defiance, Ohio; step-daughter, Kathy Lynch Geist, Don Pedro Island, Florida; step-son, Michael Lynch, Wabash; 7 grandchildren, Elliot (Shelby) Wilder, Wesley (Abby) Wilder, Elisabeth Wilder, Amy (Durwood) Hibbard, Beth (Devin) Reith-Holbrook, Joshua Michael (Shannon) Wilder, and Julie (Charlotte) Reith; and 3 great-grandchildren, Dawn Hibbard, Gwen Hibbard, and Henry Holbrook.
Preceding him in death were his parents; first wife, Donna; sister, Joy Platt; and daughter, Dawn Reith.
The family will receive visitors April 9, 2018, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion, IN.
Services April 10, 2018, at the funeral home with Pastor Jason Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory.
