Mrs. Hudgins was born December 24, 1954, in Redding, California. She was a graduate of Cassville High School and attended Crowder College for two years. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Cassville.
Survivors include one son, Matt, of Kansas City; her mother, Geraldine Prier Ball; one brother, Mike Ball of Golden; one sister, Carrie Buchanan of Golden; and one niece, one great nephew, and several aunts, uncles, nephews, and great nieces.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, April 12, at the First Baptist Church in Cassville with Rev. John Duncan officiating. Burial will be in Munsey Cemetery in Eagle Rock under the direction of Fohn Funeral Home of Cassville.
Visitation will be from 9 to 10 a.m. Thursday at the church.

Christy Ball Hudgins, 52, of Golden, passed away on Easter Sunday, April 8, 2007, in North Kansas City Hospital.
She was born Christmas Eve, Dec. 24, 1954, in Redding, Calif., the daughter of Oran and Geraldine (Prier) Ball and is survived by her mother.
Additional survivors include: one son, Matt, of Kansas City; a brother, Mike Ball and his wife, Debbie, of Golden; a sister, Carrie Buchanan and her husband, Danny, of Golden.
She was preceded in death by her father.
She graduated High School in Cassville and attended Crowder College two years. She lived in Golden until nine months ago when she moved to Kansas City. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Cassville.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, in First Baptist Church, Cassville, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. Rev. John Duncan and Paul Wahlert will conduct the services. Burial will be at Munsey Cemetery, Eagle Rock.
The family will receive friends from 9 to 10 a.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church, Cassville.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the First Baptist Church of Cassville in her memory.

*Cball6 was a chatter in Yahoo. I didn't know her that well but she was always very nice and friendly. I believe she had a few medical issues and I think was in and out of nursing homes for a few years. Poor thing left this life too soon.*
