Richard J. “Rick” Bailey, Jr., 57, of Paradise passed away at one o’clock on the morning of Saturday, March 31, 2018. He never lost his fight and heaven gained an amazing angel. Funeral Service: 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 7, 2018 in Biggers Funeral Chapel. Visitation: 6 – 8 p.m. Friday at Biggers Funeral Home.



Rick was born in Big Spring on July 8, 1960; his parents were the late, Sandra L. (White) and Richard J. Bailey, Sr. He graduated from Grapevine High School and married the love of his life, Dana Lynnette Hayes. They shared 38 years of their lives together.



Rick was a loving man and will truly be missed. He lived his life to the fullest and loved spending time with family and friends. He was also very loyal and always there when you needed him. Rick was currently employed with Atmos Energy and worked for them the past 30 years.



He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Dana; daughter, Lauren Bailey; son, Logan Bailey and his fiancé Nikki Graves; daughter, Leah Iglesias and her husband, Adam; brother, Dennis Bailey and wife, Carole, Dewey Bailey and wife, Kristi, Chris Bailey and wife, Mindy; grandchildren, A. J., Austin, Haiden, and Camden; and numerous nieces and nephews.
