He was born on May 18th 1895 to Starksboro, Vt., he was the son of the late Daniel and Della (Simmons) Cutting.
He came to Port Henry, N.Y. in 1906, where he resided.
He was the beloved husband of Anna F. (Bezon) Cutting.
