Mrs Felix H Turnipseed, 76, died Tuesday night at her home, 342 10th St, NW.
Mrs Turnipseed was a member of the Tenth Street Methodist Church. The funeral has been set tentatively for Friday, at the church.
Mrs Turnipseed was the former Maggie Belle Burks. She and her husband, celebrated their 58th wedding anniversary Tuesday.
Other survivors include a son, Oscar A Turnipseed; four daughters, the Missess Ada Mae, Vada Mae, Bertie Lee, and Estelle Turnipseed, and two sisters, Mrs M B Richardson and Mrs J L Morgan, Union City.
Complete funeral plans will be announced by Henry M Blanchard & Son.
