Adam Andrew Powers, Son and Brother peacefully passed away in his sleep on April 11, 2018 after a sudden illness. His untimely death will be felt by all that knew him. Adam was born on January 6, 1970, in Butte Montana to Dave Powers and Madeline deBeaufort as the youngest of the “5 Powers Boys”.

Adam grew up knowing that he was always loved. As a young boy he would spend hours lost in his own imagination or in the backyard digging the biggest hole he could and filling it with water!
Adam attended Longfellow School and graduated from Idaho Falls High School in 1985. From there he attended Montana State University (MSU) and North Dakota State (NDS) where he obtained his B.S. in Political Science with a Minor in History.
It was at this time that Adam met many of the people who were to be lifelong friends.
Adam worked briefly for the State of North Dakota before opening his own consulting firm, Nick of Time, in North Dakota.

Later he moved back to Montana to live in Helena and worked for the State of Montana. He was working as the Project Manager for DPAC at the time of his death.

Adam’s career is what he is most proud of knowing the fact that he was responsible for the training, consulting and obtaining equipment for the many Emergency Personnel thru out the country that resulted in thousands of lives saved. This is his Lasting Legacy, One that he received numerous awards and achievements for.

Adam is survived by his father, David Powers, Brothers, Dave (Karen) Kennedy, Kirstyn; Paul (Brenda) Kristina, Alyssa, Michaela; Matt (Nikki) Matthew, Lauren; Ben (Zora) Nick, Keagen; Uncle and Aunt, Jack and Jean Powers.

He was preceded in death by his mother Madeline deBeaufort, Grandparents Joseph and Albina Powers and Francis Gough, Uncle Gene Gough.

He will be truly missed by family and friends.
