JOHNSON - Beulah Dean Kastelhun, 74, of Louisville, passed away Thursday August 16, 2007 at Parkway Medical Center. She was a native of Henderson KY, the former Beulah D. Elliott. She is survived by sons, Wayne (Doris) and Mike Kastelhun; a daughter, Debbie Lee of Meade Co.; a sister, Emily Eloise Warren; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; four great-great- grandchildren; and her former husband and life long friend, Leroy Kastelhun. Beulah has chosen immediate cremation. J.E. Ratterman & Son has been entrusted with arrangements.
