Funeral services will be conducted from the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home. Bro. Bobby Smart will officiate. Place of rest will be in the Williams Cemetery in White Bluff, TN.
Mrs. Jean Vaughn Qualls, age 88 of Dickson,TN died peacefully April 19, 2018 at NHC in Dickson.
She was born in Vanleer Community of Dickson County, daughter of the late Herbert and Belvia Mae Williams Vaughn. She was a longtime fixture in Dickson County in the restaurant business. She was a retired cook at the former Picadilly Restaurant. She loved to cook and was good at it and loved sharing with others. She was a member of the Hillcrest Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert "Bob" Qualls, a son, Robert Alton Thomas, a daughter of Judy Adcox and sister, Peggy McCord.
Survivors include her son; Gregg Stinson of Dickson, TN, her daughter; Melba Weaver of Dickson,TN, 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild, her brothers; Andrew Vaughn of Dickson, TN, Billy Vaughn of Nunnelly, TN, Bobby Vaughn of Dickson,TN, Wayne Vaughn of Dickson,TN, Jimmy Vaughn of of Dickson,TN and David Vaughn of White Bluff,TN, her sister; Kay Pate of Dickson,TN. Several nieces and nephews.
