Mr. Neil C. Bowman, JR, age 54, of Menlo, GA passed away Saturday, April 07, 2007 in his residence.
Mr. Bowman was born January 4, 1953 in Trion, GA, the son of the late Mary Rhinehart. He was a member of the Menlo Presbyterian Church, an honorary Member of the Georgia FFA Association, and was a former Deputy at the Chattooga County Sheriff's Office. He was a veteran of the United States Army and was a member of the Chattooga County High School Class of 1972. He was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Bowman.
