Allen Jackson Paige, 63, passed away Monday, April 23, 2018 at Frankfort Regional Medical Center. Born September 25, 1954 in Frankfort, KY, Allen was the son of the late William Jackson Paige and Lillian Marie Nichols Paige.
Along with his parents, Allen was preceded in death by his sisters, Karen Ammerman and Sherry Paige and a brother-in-law, Glenn Woods.
Allen worked as a painter in Frankfort, KY. He was a member of Freedom Baptist Church in Lawrenceburg, KY. He enjoyed reading and loved animals, especially his cat. He also enjoyed classical music, history, and collected clocks.
Allen is survived by his wife, Dora Paige of Frankfort, KY; his stepdaughter, Christa Lynn Penwell; his siblings, Patricia Woods of Graefenburg, KY, John Paige of South Carolina, Cecilia (Danny) Cook of Georgetown, KY, Revena (Tommy) Faulkner of Frankfort, KY and Chrissy Paige (Chris Curtis) of Frankfort, KY; his nieces, Sherry Lee Quinn, Beth Wood, Ashley Moore, Shannon Allison and Paige Curtis; and his nephews, Billy Taylor, Dwayne Cook and Joshua Cook.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 26th beginning at 2:00 PM at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home. Rev. Eddie Leitch will officiate the service. Burial will follow in the Hebron Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday prior to the service from 10 AM – 2 PM.
Serving as pallbearers will be Danny Cook, Dwayne Cook, Joshua Cook, Billy Taylor, Brodie Leitch, and Aiden Leitch. Honorary bearer will be Chris Curtis.
