The daughter of Jimmie Joe and Frances Roberts Boyd was born September 15, 1958 in Nowata, Oklahoma. As a young girl she was raised in the Winganon area. She later attended Chelsea schools, graduating with the class of 1977. After graduating high school Julie began traveling for work with her father, brother & Rick. Their time was mostly spent in California, and Arizona where they were working on the pipeline.

Her love for traveling gave her the ambition to be an airline stewardess and she was accepted into schooling. Her desire for a family came first though. In 1982 she would marry her high school sweet heart Rick Most. They made their home in Phoenix, Arizona where they welcomed the birth of a daughter Sarah. Julie made her way back Oklahoma where she settled in Claremore. There she attended Claremore Jr college.

Julie worked as a manager for Grable Freight. There she met Paul Gregory Stark, after living in Tulsa a short time they made their home in Bartlesville. They would marry in 1991 and welcome a baby boy Boyd in 1992.

Julie then decided to spend the rest of her working career as a homemaker.

Julie had several past times that she enjoyed. Camping, Hunting and fishing were a couple of her favorites. Her love for the outdoors led her to move her family to lake Hudson. She made her home there for many years.
