Graveside services for Douglas Wayne Woods, 14, of Haskell was held Wednesday in Haskell Cemetery with Rev. Maxine Londagin officiating. Born June 14, 1968 in Muskogee, he died Sept 12, 1982.

He was an eighth grade student at Haskell High School. He is survived by his parents; Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Woods Jr; a brother, Danny Ray of the home; paternal grandparents, Mr.and Mrs. Ellis Woods Sr. of Haskell. Buriel was in Haskell Cemetery under the direction of Dowdy Funeral Home.

Grandson of Maxine Slavens Woods and Ellis James Woods

His father's is Ellis Wayne Woods and mother Evelyn Lavonne Phillips Woods

Although obit listed the father as JR. and grandfather as Sr. they did not carry that title They had different middle names. The obit should have stated preceeded in death by one sister Deanna Sue Woods in May 1982
The stones that are placed on the gravesite was made by Delbert Londagin. He was husband to Maxine Londagin our pastor.

The obit stated his death as June 12, 1982 which is wrong he died on September 12, 1982 I know it was two days after my birthday. Information from his Aunt Peggy Woods
