Madeline Nacvich, 98, of Rockford, IL passed away on Sunday, april 29, 2018 at River Bluff Nursing Home. Madeline was born June 28, 1919 in Rockford, IL, daughter of Frank and Lena Canova Branca.
She married Alphonsus Nacvich on October 18, 1941. Throughout her life, Madeline especially loved dancing, spending time with her family, as well as cooking and playing bingo. She will be dearly missed.
Madeline is survived by: sons, Frank Nacvich and Robert (Linda) Nacvich; daughters, June Gabel and Theresa (Robin) Glud; grandchildren, Katie (Chandler) Carnock, Joe O’Day, Jason Martin, Erin Martin, Carmen Johnson, and several great-grandchildren.
Predeceased by: parents; husband; son-in-law, Thomas Gabel; sisters, Margaret Palombi and Catherine Giacomazzo.
Funeral service n Saturday, May 5, 2018. Burial in Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
