Manitowoc - Glenn D. Mott, age 82, passed away on May 7, 2018 after a lingering illness of congestive heart failure, with his loving family at his side at the Manitowoc Health & Rehabilitation Center.

Glenn was born on March 4, 1936 in Two Rivers, to the late Harry and Elda (Pingel) Mott. He got his education at the Branch country school and then attended Woodrow Wilson Jr. High and the Manitowoc Vocational School. On June 14, 1969, he married Virginia Maertz at St. John - St. James Ev. Lutheran Church, Reedsville. This marriage was blessed with one son, Kevin D. Mott. Glenn was employed at Lapcor Plastics as a foreman from 1956-1961. He then worked on the family farm which he later owned and operated with his wife Virginia and son Kevin until his retirement.

Glenn was a member of Rockwood Ev. Lutheran Church. He enjoyed farming and doing all of his own mechanical work on cars, trucks and farm machinery. We always called him our Mr. Fix-It Man.
