Dale A. Gauthier, age 77, of Kaukauna, died late Sunday evening, April 29, 2018 at St. Paul Elder Services in Kaukauna.

Dale was born on August 3, 1940 in Two Rivers, son of the late Harold and Alice (Fischer) Gauthier. He was a 1958 graduate of Manitowoc Lincoln High School. On January 28, 1961 Dale married the former Elaine Erdman in Manitowoc. She preceded him in death on July 26, 2005. He served in the United States Army. Dale was a union carpenter for many years until his retirement. He was a member of the Wisconsin Carpenters Union.

Survivors include his four children: Michael Gauthier, Brillion; Dawn (Dave) Vanden Wyngaard, Appleton; Patrick (Sally) Gauthier, Coon Rapids, MN; Keith (Carrie) Gauthier, De Pere; grandchildren: Tyler (Kirsti) Vanden Wyngaard; Kyle (Maria) Gauthier; Andrew (Rachel) Lauber; Katie (Kevin) Lauber; Jennifer Gauthier; Noah Gauthier; Leah Gauthier; Danielle Gauthier; Jodi (Darrin) Otis; Kirk (Jenni) Vanden Wyngaard; Amy Vanden Wyngaard; ten great-grandchildren: Audyn; Abby; Clark; Will; Allison; Katlyn; Jacob; Brianna; Bailey; Ben; one brother and one sister-in-law: Gary (Marty) Gauthier; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law include: Janet Herron; Gary Erdman; Joanne (Dale) Schipper; Marianne (David) Lochman; special friend: Sue Hennesee, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents: Harold and Alice Gauthier; his wife: Elaine Gauthier; one brother: Ronald H. Gauthier.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 11, 2018 at the Reinbold & Pfeffer Family Funeral Home, 818 State Street, Manitowoc. Deacon Alan Boeldt will officiate with burial to follow at Knollwood Memorial Gardens. Military graveside services will be accorded by VFW Otto-Oas Post #659 of Manitowoc. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and again on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. Online condolences may be expressed at www.jensreinboldandpfeffer.com
