Aaron Christian Dillingham, 24, beloved husband, father, son and brother of Conover passed away on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at CaroMont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia.

He was born September 3, 1993 in Catawba County to Jeffrey Curtis Dillingham and Christine McSwain Vaughan.

Aaron attended First Baptist Church in Claremont and was a full-time dad. He was a 2011 graduate of Bunker Hill High School and obtained his HVAC certification from CVCC. Aaron was a big fan of W.o.W. and Overwatch and loved fishing with his wife, children and brothers.

He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Patricia Elaine Dillingham and great-grandmother, Norma McGuire.

A service to celebrate Aaron’s life will be held on Thursday, May 17, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Claremont. Rev. Jason Dillingham will officiate. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church Cemetery in Claremont. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church.

The Dillingham family is in the care of Bennett Funeral Service of Conover.
