Survivors include his children, Greg Smith (Vickey) and Rhonda Gaither (Jim); grandchildren, Kevin Smith (Tammi), Keri Gaither, Kelli Gaither, and Jenny Pope (Ian); great-grandchildren, Blakelee Edward, Jackson, Konnor, Ella Kate, and Liam Smith, Taylor and Tinsley Barnett, and Trystan and Braxton Pope.
