STRAYERS
Robert C. Strayer, 30, his daughter, Vicki Lynn, 3, and son, Michael Charles, 8 months, of 3308 Cindy Lane, Millcreek, died of carbon monoxide poisoning at their home. They were found Sunday, Dec. 22, 1974.
Mr. Strayer was a son of Charles & Violet (Orner) Strayer. He was born at Meadville February 4, 1944. He was married to Linda Kay Lingo and was a superintendent of
materials control at Bucyrus-Erie Manufacturing Co. A graduate of Cochranton High
School, he was a four-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
Vicki Lynn was born May 16, 1971 and Michael Charles born April 1, 1974, both at Meadville.
In addition to Mr. Strayer's widow and the children's mother, survivors include; Mr. Strayer's parents and the children's paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Strayer, Cochranton; the children's maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Archie Lingo, Centerville.
Friends of the family may call today from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Ronald Dickson Funeral Home, Cochranton, where joint services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Ralph Kilburn, pastor of Cochranton United Methodist Church, and the Rev. Lloyd Chelton, pastor of Tryonville United Methodist Church, officiating. Interment will be at Cochranton Cemetery.

Robert was the grandson of William & Nellie (Peterson) Strayer, great grandson of Charles & Elizabeth (Peterman) Strayer and great great grandson of Martin & Rachel (Raylla) Strayer.
Robert married Linda Kay Lingo August 28, 1965 in Clymer, New York.
