Mrs. Linda Strayer was born Feb. 20, 1946 at Titusville, a daughter of Archie and Pauline Hatala Lingo. She was a member of Cochranton United Methodist Church.
In addition to her parents at Centerville, survivors include: a sister, Mrs. Theodore (Mary Ann) Burdick, Titusville; a brother, William Lingo, Tryonville; parents-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Strayer, Cochranton.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the Ronald Dickson Funeral Home, Cochranton, where services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Ralph Kilburn, pastor of Cochranton United Methodist Church, and the Rev. Lloyd Chelton, pastor of Tryonville United Methodist Church, officiating. Interment will be at Cochranton Cemetery.

She married Robert Charles Strayer on August 28, 1965 in Clymer, New York. To this union was born Vicki Lynn and Michael Charles.
Linda's husband and children returned to their Heavenly home together on December 22, 1974 as a result of carbon monoxide poisoning. Linda was quick to follow her family.
