Mary Lou Noe, 88, of Wharncliffe, gained her heavenly wings on Saturday, May 19, 2018.

Born January 14, 1930, at Wharncliffe, she was the daughter of the late Luther and Mable Hatfield. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her loving husband of 63 years, Donny Noe; one brother, Dillard Hatfield; two sisters: Doris Northern and Frances Lendearo; and three grandchildren: Katrina, Matt, and Josh.

Mary Lou was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She thoroughly enjoyed baking, embroidery work, solving crossword puzzles, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends. She also loved attending church until her health no longer allowed her to.

Those left to love and cherish her memory are her daughter: Margie (Bob) Coyle of North Carolina; her four sons: Donald (Brenda) Noe, of Wharncliffe, Jim (Linda) Nagy of Gilbert, and Alex (Dorene) Nagy of Wharncliffe and Dennis (Barb) Noe of Delbarton; three brothers: Danny Hatfield of Florida, Lloyd Hatfield of Washington State, and Steve Hatfield of California; two sisters: Gail Cicalese of Virginia and Edna Sue Cline of Danville; special sister, Bobbie Likens; two special caretakers: Carmellia and Rose; 23 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind a host of other dear relatives and friends.

Friends may gather with the family on Monday, May 21, 2018, at the Gilbert Church of God from 12-1 pm where funeral services will commence at 1 pm with Rev. Denny May officiating.

Burial will follow in the Hatfield Cemetery at Sharon Heights, Hampden, WV.

Mary Lou will be carried to her final resting place by her grandsons.

Her wonderful smile and gentle heart will be greatly missed by all who were fortunate to have known and loved her.
