Denise I. Billick “nee Ostrowski”, age 61 of Crown Point, formerly of Highland Park, MI, passed away on May 18, 2018. She was a former office administrator and trainer for Ribordy’s and Walgreens Drug Stores. She later worked as an office administrator for the City of Crown Point. Denise was formerly active in the Hobart- Merrillville Jaycees. She is survived by her husband of 30 years- Larry Billick; 2 children- Eric Billick and Nicole Billick, both of Crown Point; parents- William and Rita Ostrowski of Crown Point; 3 sisters- Kim (Clarke) Hockney of Crown Point, Lisa Ostrowski of Valparaiso, Jan (Nick) Struss of Valparaiso, brother- David (Karen) Ostrowski; many nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to Celebrate Denise’s life with her family on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 from 2-8 at Burns Funeral Home, 10101 Broadway, Crown Point. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday May 24, 2018 at 10 a.m. DIRECTLY at St. Matthias Catholic Church, 101 Burrell Dr., Crown Point, IN. Rev. James Wozniak officiating. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Jude Foundation. Cremation at Burns Funeral Home and Crematory will precede the visitation and services. www.burnsfuneral.com
