Marion Grimaldi Wright, 76, of Pensacola, died Sunday, April 15, 2007.
Mrs. Wright was born October 22, 1930, in New York City, NY to Michael and Marion Grimaldi. Mrs. Wright was an active member of Pensacola High School Class of 1948 Alumni Club. She was a receptionist with the Escambia County Health Department, University, Sacred Heart, and West Florida Hospitals, as well as several doctors' offices. She loved to play bridge with various bridge groups, and enjoyed the time she shared with her "lunch bunch".
She is survived by her son Michael Paul Wright (Kathy) and daughter Mary Anne Kelly; sisters Barbara R. Grimaldi; Ruth Burwell (Ralph); ten grandchildren Stephanie Sims, Christopher Wright, Tiffany McAnally, Priscilla Wright, Jeremy Kelly, Jason Kelly, Rebecca Kelly, Stephen Kelly, Jessica Dyess, and C. J. Dyess; and seven great grandchildren.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00am, Thursday, April 19, 2007, at St. Paul Catholic Church, with Fr. Doug Halsema, celebrant. Entombment will follow at the Holy Cross Mausoleum.
Visitation will be 5:00-7:00pm, Wednesday, April 18, 2007, at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel. The Rosary will be prayed at 5:00pm.
Active Pallbearers will be her grandsons.
Flowers will be accepted or you may make donations to the St. Paul Catholic Church Building Fund, 1700 Conway Drive, Pensacola, FL 32503.
