Beloved daughter of Elizabeth Lopez and Jose Acevedo; Dear sister of Natalie and Jose; Loving granddaughter of Azalia and Jose Acevedo and the late Angelita and Freddie Lopez; also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Azalia was a 2nd grade student at the Coopers Poynt School in Camden.
Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Thursday from 6:00 to 9:00 PM and Friday from 9:00 to 10:00 AM at the
FALCO/CARUSO & LEONARD PENNSAUKEN FUNERAL HOME, 6600 North Browning Road.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM at the Church of Holy Name, 5th and Vine Streets, in Camden. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Cherry Hill.
