Loudelia (Adams) Montgomery was born on March 28,1930, the daughter of Ira Wilson Adams (1900-1970) and Ola Hester (Herrod) Adams (1908-2005).
Her childhood was spent in the Kittrell community close to Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and she graduated in 1948 from Kittrell High School.
Loudelia was married for 65 years to Ray Montgomery and was a long time member of the Una Church of Christ where she taught Sunday school for many years.
Living in Nashville, she was 88 years old when she passed away on May 21, 2018.
She was preceded in death by her husband and by her brother Clark Adams of Readyville, Tennessee, while survivors included two sons, a sister, two grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services were held in Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home's Dignity Hall, and burial was in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
