Son of Charles Adolph and Azelie C Larqgue Turgean Faget. Husband of Cecile Angelique Erichson.

Faget was a cellist, beginning his musical career in the 1920s with the Palace Theatre Orchestra in Dallas. He also played with the Dallas Starlight Operetta Orchestra and Dallas Symphony as well as teaching cello for years at Southern Methodist University. Faget died of a heart attack.
