Edward J. Barton was the son of Helen J. (Goggin) Barton of Westborough and the late Luke P. Barton. After high school, he received his Journeyman Electrician Certificate from Assabet Regional Vocational School, and later earned his Master Electrician License. Ed was a self-employed Electrician and enjoyed fishing, boating, hunting, archery and being outdoors with family and friends.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his siblings, Francis P. Barton and his wife, Maureen, Eileen A. Grimley, William J. Barton, Constance A. Barton, Lawrence E. Barton and Nancy J. Serapiglia plus many nieces, nephews, and two great-nephews and one great-niece.
