LILLIAN PATMON McGREW HANVILLE , 76, of Munford, Tenn., formerly of Memphis, died Monday at her home. Services will be at 1 p.m. today at Munford Funeral Home with burial in Memorial Park. She was a member of First Methodist Church, Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary and past matron of the Order of the Eastern Star. She was a Metropolitan Inter-Faith Association volunteer. Mrs. Hanville , the wife of Robert Roy Hanville , also leaves a daughter, Ann McGrew Gillespie of San Francisco; a son, Robert L. McGrew of Memphis; a sister, Jimmie Bianchi of Memphis, six grandchildren and a great-granddaughter.
