Bobbie Dove passed away peacefully in her sleep on May 29, 2018. Born Patricia Ann Waugh, on Aug. 25, 1934, to the late Oran and Jewel Waugh in Charleston, WV. She was also preceded in death by her beloved stepfather, Frank Lively; sister, Judy Cash; brother, Jerry Waugh; and son, Jerry Lynn Dove. Surviving: brother, John David Waugh; sister-in-law, Linda Waugh; nieces and caretakers, Kaki and Melinda Cash; and other nieces and nephews.
