KLEFOT, JOHN "JACK," 75, of Louisville, passed away Saturday, March 31, 2007 at Norton Audubon Hospital.

He was a retired claims adjustor for 36 years with State Farm Insurance Co., a business school graduate of the University of Louisville and a follower of the football and basketball programs. Jack was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church, Lakeside Swim Club and the YMCA. He also served in the Army for two years.

He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, the former Pat Walter; a son, Mike Klefot; two daughters, Kara Oliver and Julie Klefot; a sister, Doris Singleton; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

The funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10a.m. Monday at his church, 1920 Newburg Rd., with burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation is 2-9 p.m. Sunday at Ratterman and Sons, 3800 Bardstown Rd. Memorial gifts may be directed to the church.
