Entered into eternal rest on June 1, 2018, at the age of 87. He was predeceased by his wife, Bess (Lederman) and parents, Harold and Lena.
Al is survived by his devoted daughters, Renee (Dan) Eiseline, Linda (Mark) Komenski and Michele (Ray) Giordano; grandchildren, Scott (fiance, Shira Yoffe), Lisa, Eric (Catie), Jason (Joy), Aaron and Suzanne; great-grandchild, Kayden; nieces and nephews; many dear friends and his beloved Chihuahua "Sophie Sarah".
Al was born in Denver, Colorado and raised in Seattle, Washinton. He came to Rochester one day to visit his Aunt Jesse and there he met his beautiful wife, Bess, so he decided to stay. They were married on Sunday, December 30, 1951.
Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, June 3, 2018, at 11 AM, in the All Seasons Chapel of White Haven Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, from 2-6 PM and Monday, from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Falcon Trail in Pittsford.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Palliative Care Unit at Strong Memorial Hospital in Al's memory.
