Brackett, Alice Ruth Of Gary, IN passed peacefully Saturday, February 11, 2012. She was born May 6, 1934, and was the youngest of four children born to William and Hallie Mae Brackett. She is survived by her devoted husband of 60 years, Fred Agee; four children, Beverly Agee Johnson; Andre (Rita) Agee, Kassandra Agee-Letton; Dion Agee; 7 grandchildren, Quiana Shea Johnson, Lawrence Johnson Jr., Julian Letton, Joshua Letton, Kassandra Noel Letton, Matthew Heath, Ta'Neal Agee, Ayana Alice Agee, Nyla Agee. Three siblings, Hallie (Curtis) King, Grace Green, and William (Eirtha) Brackett, three aunts, Doris Williams, Minnie Williams and Ella Mae Hudson ;one uncle Office Hayes. Visitation Friday, February 17, 2012 from 12-4:00pm at the Guy & Allen Chapel, 2959 W. 11th Ave and 5:00-8:00pm at the church with family hours from 6:00-8:00pm. Funeral services Saturday February 18, 2012 11:00am at Calvary Institutional Baptist Church, 2400 Virginia St. Rev. John Talley II officiating.
