Melvin and his family lived in Tucson, Ariz. before being transferred to Des Moines, Iowa, sixteen years ago. He was an employee of Fairbanks Morse. Melvin Hetzel served ten years in the United States Armed Forces and Coast Guard before being employed at Fairbanks Morse . . .
