Connie was the daughter of the late Harold and Lucille (Jones) Sova. She passed away on Friday, June 15, 2018.
Connie was a fun loving woman who loved her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed dancing, working in her flower gardens and playing cards with her sister and brother in law. Connie was feisty but had a warm heart. She would do anything for anyone.
Connie was preceded in death by her husband David on March 12, 2018.
She is survived by her 4 daughters: Tonya (Gary) Rader, Teresa (John) Reid, Nina (Tony) Short and Michelle & Randy Bright, 3 step children: Cathy Thornton, David (Tish) Torok, Denine (Sheridon) Barham, 15 grandchildren: Taylor, Logan, Courtney, Conner, Samantha, Jacob, Danielle, Troy, Steven, Noel, Halle, Alicia, Scott, Landon and Craig, 8 great grandchildren: Devin, T.J., Nevaeh, Donovan, Jaylyn, Harmony, Aaliyah and Derek, 2 siblings: Gary (Mary) Sova and Carolyn (Mick) Goulding and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, brother in law and sisters in law and friends.
The Funeral Liturgy was Thursday, June 21, 2018 at St. Casimir Catholic Church, Lansing, with Rev. Fr. Bill Lugger presiding. Interment followed in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
