Mrs. Florence G. Rough, 77, of 516 First Ct., died Wednesday in Pawating Hospital
after a brief illness.
She was born on Aug. 8, 1906, in South Haven, Mich., living here since 1926.
On Oct. 16, 1927, she married Paul C. Rough. He survives with two daughters,
Mrs. Sam (Ilah) Hebner of South Bend and Miss Lois Rough of Niles;
two sons, Harry M Rough of Niles and Rev. Thoman C. Rough of Michigan City;
seven grandchildren; a sister, Miss Erma Gonser of Niles; and a brother, John W. Gonser
of Elkhart. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, the Gleaner Class
of the church, the United Methodist Women, and the Make Today Count Support Group.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in the Grace United Methodist Church. Rev. John Charter, pastor, and Rev. Thomas C. Rough, pastor of the First United Methodist Church of Michigan City, will officiate.
Burial will be in Mission Hills Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today in Halbritter Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Grace United Methodist Church.
