Alwin E. Adams, 77 of 25.14th St. in Fond du Lac died late Friday at St. Agnes Hospital there following a brief illness.
He was.born Aug. 8, 1883, In the Town of Empire, the son of Wilber and Emaline Hopkins Adams.
1n 1908 he was married to Clara B. Rather, who died in 1944.
He was married to Victoria E. Bancroft in 1947. Since 1925 he lived in the city of Fond du lac. working for two dairy companies.
He was active in Fond du Lac Masonic groups.
Survivors are his widow and one sister, Mrs. Jessie Todd of Chilton.
Funeral services will be held at the Candlish Funeral Home in Fond du Lac on Monday at 2 p.m., with Fountain Lodge No. 26, F&AM, officiating. Burial will be in Rienzi Mausoleum. Friends may view the body after 2 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
