Obituary of Charles T. Bright
Charles T. Bright, Sr., age 86, of Rowland died Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at Hospice of the Sacred Heart in Dunmore, PA.

Mr. Bright was born July 30, 1930 in Brooklyn, NY and was the son of the late Ernest Frederick and Matilda (Scott) Bright. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by three brothers, Freddie, William and Richard.

Charles served in the Navy during the Korean Conflict. He owned and operated Charles Bright Fishing Tackle in Rowland on the banks of the Lackawaxen River for over 40 years. He was a member of Trout Unlimited and Sons of Norway.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years: Doris M (Levy) Bright, two daughters: Merrill D. and her husband, Mike Rosdahl of Lompoc, CA and Janet C. Teleb of Greentown, PA, and one son: Charles T. Bright, Jr and his wife, Joyce of Morgan Hill, CA; four grandchildren: Christopher Bright; Jennifer Birght; Michael Bright; Aziza Teleb; and two great grandchidren, Trevor & Troy Anders.

A celebration of Charlie's life will be held Saturday, October 22, 2016 from Noon to 3 at Central Volunteer Fire Dept., Westcolang Rd, Hawley.
