Buried beside her husband, William James McLuhan. Muriel leaves behind two siblings, Al McLellan of Calgary, Alberta and Marian McClure (Bill Walker) of Lindsay, Ontario and two daughters, Brenda McLuhan of Bowen Island, BC and Lynn McLuhan (Allan Troop) of Truro, NS. Also left to mourn are niece Shannon McClure (Chris Johnson) and their son, Parker, of Ottawa and niece Lisa McLellan (daughter Nyana) of Calgary. Muriel spent most of her life in Kitchener Ontario with her husband, Bill. Her last 10 years were spent battling secondary breast cancer in her bones. She outlived all expectations and did so with grace and quiet (and sometimes not so quiet!) determination. She spent her last 2 years in Nova Scotia where she moved to be closer to her daughter Lynn. She missed her husband, Bill, terribly and we are sure they are once again in each other's arms. Also resting close by are Muriel's mother, Helen Fraser, and her father, Richard McLellan and her brother, Murray McLellan. Always in our hearts, her daughters.
