Born July 17, 1907, in Hardyville, Ky., to Lloyd and Nova Pearle Crain Gentry, she married William A. Taylor on June 23, 1923, in Havana. He died Oct. 16, 1978. She also was preceded in death by one son, one daughter, two brothers and four sisters.
Surviving are six sons, William Ray of Panama City, Fla., Lavelle of Green Valley, Richard L. of Morton, Robert E. of Mackinaw, Jimmie Dean of Peoria and Larry Joe of Prattville, Ala.; five daughters, Mrs. William (Judy) Rich of Goodfield, Mrs. Ronald (Sandy) Heinold of West Bend, Wis., Mrs. Richard (Mary Kay) Woodard of Pekin, Mrs. Edward (Carol) Estes of Tremont and Mrs. Jim (Cheryl) Webb of Deer Creek; and one sister, Mrs. Paul (Flois) Feldman of Lincoln.
She worked at Libby McNeil in Morton and was a cook at the former Crabtree Truck Stop in Tremont.
Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery in Tremont.
