Debra Lynn "Debbie" Thomas, age 60, of Knoxville went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday June 23rd after a short battle with lung cancer.
Debbie loved her home church, Fellowship Baptist Church in Lenoir City, her pastor, Brother Eddie Chasteen but more than anything she loved Jesus. She is preceded in death by her much loved mom, Mildred Thomas; grandparents, George and Maude Posey; Minnie Kidd and John Henry Thomas; many loved aunts and uncles.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Bryan and Joanna Allison; grandchildren, Trey and Jade Allison all of Lenoir City; father, Gabriel Thomas; brother and sister-in-law, Danny and Becky Thomas of Knoxville; good friend, Kathy Chasteen; many uncles, aunts, cousins; nephew and her little dog "Tiny".
A Celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
