Lucas Anthony Hickam, 35, of Columbia, passed away on Monday, June 25, 2018 at University Hospital.
He was born on September 12, 1982 in Rolla, Missouri to Reed and Debra Hickam. Lucas attended school in Dixon, Missouri and in Columbia. He worked for Downtown Appliance and most recently Columbia Appliance.
Lucas loved coaching his sons on their football teams, where he was there defense coach, riding his Harley with his father and kids, eating his dad's cheeseburgers and Kansas City Chiefs football.
Lucas is survived by his parents: Reed and Debra Hickam of Columbia; three children: Holden Hickam, Joshua Fitzmorris and MyKenzee Fitzmorris; paternal grandparents: Larry and Jackie Hickam of Waynesville; uncle: Dewayne Sneed; aunts: Rhonda Bertelson, Jacqueline Teresa Hickam-Snow and Jennifer Mills; an numbers nieces, nephews cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by a twin brother: Ryan Hickam and maternal grandparents: William and Mary Lee Sneed.
A celebration of Lucas's Life will be held July 14, 2018 at a time to be determined at Reed and Debra Hickam's Home.
