Manitowoc - Ruthanne Longmeyer, age 82, of 844 Wilson Street, Manitowoc, died Tuesday evening, June 26, 2018, surrounded by her loving family at Aurora BayCare Medical Center, Green Bay .
She was born on March 28, 1936 in Manitowoc, daughter of the late Cpt. Arthur and Margaret (Mowbray) Roulette. Ruthanne was a graduate of Manitowoc Lincoln High School, Class of 1954. On December 28, 1957 she married Allen R. Longmeyer at Holy Innocents Catholic Church, Manitowoc. He preceded her in death on August 14, 2010. Ruthanne was employed with the Manitowoc Company, Holiday Inn and Younker's in various positions for many years. She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Parish and the Red Hatters of Two Rivers. She was a past member of the St. Clare Society, Women's Golf League at Emerald Hills Golf Course in Two Rivers and the Business and Professional Women.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law: David & Cindy Longmeyer, Manitowoc; two daughters and one son-in-law: Barbara and Tom Bolle, Manitowoc, Peggy Boris, Shorewood & Ed Boris; seven grandchildren: Matthew (Lydia) Longmeyer, Michael Longmeyer and his fiancé Lainey Braun, Emily Longmeyer, Berlin (Alison) Bolle, Veronica (Tim) Krueger, Casey Boris, Joshua Boris; one great granddaughter: Whitley Krueger; one sister and brother-in-law: Mary Alice & Jervis Fuller, Manitowoc; and a sister-in-law: Marlene Longmeyer, Manitowoc. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. She was also preceded in death by two brothers: Robert Roulette and William Roulette.
Cremation has occurred at All-Care Cremation Center, Manitowoc. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 2, 2018 at St. Francis of Assisi on Grand (1416 Grand Avenue) Manitowoc. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. Dave Pleier. Ruthanne's cremated remains will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
The family will greet relatives and friends at St. Francis of Assisi on Grand (1416 Grand Avenue) Manitowoc, from 9:00 a.m. Monday, July 2, 2018 until 10:45 a.m.
