Addison died from Croup just prior to his 5th birthday and was interred 2 Aug 1833 in Tomb/Lot 24 under the Park Street Church in Boston. His remains were removed from the tombs in May, 1862 and buried in Mount Auburn Cemetery in the Park Street Congregational Society Lot. (Addison's name is not listed on the record of those removed and re-interred although all remains except those buried directly in family lots were removed to Mount Auburn Cemetery according to the Research Department at Mount Auburn Cemetery.)
