I am very Proud to have known this "LADY". I meet her in later years and was awestruck by her. She married an evangelist that was a professor at Anderson College, Indiana. They married and had three children, despite moving from church to church all over the United States. When I met her she was blind, but if you took her for a drive she would tell you what street you where on and how to get around. She was not handicapped by being blind. Despite a grade school education she could converse on any subject brought up. I would test her on occasion, brilliant "LADY". Taught me how to make chicken gravy. She was famous for it. She wrote plays, directed them, wrote stories. I married her grandson and will always call her GRANDMA. She suffered with galblader problems for a long time, when she was finally operated on for it she died of complications from the surgery.
