She was the daughter of the late Preston Eugene Hartman of Hagerstown, MD, and the late Eva Virginia (Shackleford) Hartman. Sandi was predeceased by her brother, Ronald C. Hartman, half-brother Joseph T. Hartman, half-sister Patricia M. Shaffer, and her oldest son, Michael Thomas McGory.
Sandi is survived by her half-brother Donald E. Hartman of Mechanicsburg, PA, half-sister-in-law Nancy Hartman of Harrisburg, PA, her son, Brian Mark McGory (wife Carmen) of Marlton, NJ, three granddaughters, several nieces, her beloved little dog, Jack, and more friends that you can count.
She was a popular and proud graduate of South Hagerstown High School Class of 1963.
As she requested, her ashes will be scattered "where there are horses" during a private memorial service at a horse ranch near her home. Sandi loved all animals and worked with, owned and cared for many over the years, but horses were always her favorite.
