ANNETTE FAY GEISLEMAN, 57, died Monday, July 9, 2018. Born Aug. 15, 1960, in Fort Wayne, she was a daughter of Bonnie Geisleman-Muncey and the late Glenn Geisleman. Also surviving are her son, Mark Keplinger; sisters, Vicki (Doyle) Burnworth and Elaine Chapin; brother, Steven Geisleman; three grandchildren, and one great-grandson. Annette was also preceded in death by two sons, Toby and Troy Crawford. Memorial service is noon Monday, July 16, 2018, at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road, with calling 30 minutes prior to service. Burial in Covington Memorial Gardens.
