Death takes Earl Lyon -- (12-18-1969)
WILLIAMSBURG -- Earl B. Lyon, 82, of Williamsburg died at a TC hospital early Thursday afternoon after a long illness.
Etc....with burial in Williamsburg cemetery. He was born August 26, 1887 in Branch County, the son of Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Lyon (Judson and Anna E.), and attended Williamsburg school. On Nov. 25, 1908, at Williamsburg, he was married to Norinne Baird, who died in September (23) of 1968.
Surviving are: Four sons and three daughters. Carl, Loyd, Louise Stocking, Murl, Clare, Esther, and Marjorie Bull, 17 grandchildren; and many great grandchildren. Besides the wife, two children, a twin brother, and two sisters preceded Mr. Lyon in death.
