BOBBY LEE ALLDREDGE, 70, Oneonta, died Friday, Sept. 19, 2008, at TLC Nursing Center. Born in Blount County, Mr. Alldredge was widower of Jewel Ellison Alldredge and son of the late Thomas Green and Gussie Era Thomas Alldredge. He was disabled. Besides his wife and parents, he was predeceased by brothers Gladis, Clarence, and Wayne Alldredge; and sisters Mae Starnes, Eva Latta, Jaun Rodgers, Marylee White, and Elizabeth Singleton.
Surviving are sisters Betty Sweatt, Sumiton, and Thelma (Dewey) Craven, Oneonta; and brother Junior (Dee) Alldredge, Hendrix.
L.G. "Bud" Jones and Dr. Harold Franks officiated a chapel service Sept. 21 at Lemley Funeral Home. Interment followed at New Lebanon Cemetery. Pallbearers were Larry and Billy Alldredge, Danny Shelton, Ronnie Sweatt, Tommy Latta, and Kenneth Rodgers.
