Funeral service was held at 4:30 yesterday at the graveside in Greenlawn Cemetery for Mills Pruden, 41, who died Saturday at 1:45 p.m. at Riverside Hospital. Rites were conducted by the Reverend Floyd W. Pitney, pastor of the First Baptist Church.
Mr. Pruden had been engaged in the contracting business in this section for a number of years.
He is survived by one sister, Mrs. W.J. Ham of Hampton; three half sisters, Mrs. Dan Neibergol of Newport News, Mrs. C. G. Younger of Washington; and Mrs. J.H. Neibergol of New York. A number of nieces and nephews also survive.
