The Angel of Death which has been hovering over our little city for the pass two or three weeks again claimed another little blossom Sunday night. Manila the five year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Bixler died after a ten day illness with the measles. All that love and medical skill could do was done, but God needed one more angel child amidst His shining band.
Funeral services were held at the house Tuesday at 2 p.m. conducted by Rev. Jewett of Courtland, after which she was laid to rest in the Ida cemetery. The sorrowing family have the heart felt sympathy of all.
